Little Pals Nursery

Our aim is to provide high quality education and support the learning and development and care needs of children aged between 6 weeks to 11years in the West Clacton area. We put into practice the principles identified in the Early Years Foundation stage in regards to: A unique child; Positive relationships; Enabling Environments and Learning/Development.

We are fully inclusive and promote positive attitudes to diversity and difference. A key person approach is used to provide reassurance, safety and care enabling a strong relationship to develop with the child & families. Through providing the opportunities for children to follow their individual needs and interests we aim to offer challenging and appropriate play based learning. Our practitioners have a key role to play in working with parents to support their young children and they value their ideas and involvement.

The nursery is safe & secure and we strongly believe that this is essential to provide a stimulating and effective indoor & outdoor learning environment for children to thrive. Through close liaison with Children Centre Services and specialist agencies we aim to provide support for all the families with children under the statutory school age. Little Pals Childrens Centre Nursery, provides full/daily or seasonal education. The nursery is based in purpose built accommodation in the campus of Tendering Education Centre in Jaywick Lane, Clacton. We also have two further sites available. We are an incorporated registered charity No 1130074 which is run by a team of Directors and Parent Trustees.

We aim to increase our services and delivery to meet the changing demands as they may arise. To enable parents to return to work or undertake re training course by providing child care or crèche facilities.
